At Victory Artistries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we hope that your expectations will be exceeded by our quality and service. If you are not satisfied with your finished product, please follow the steps outlined below so we can resolve the situation.

Return Policy for Custom or Personalized items

If you are dissatisfied with your personalized items, please contact Steve at steve@victoryartistries within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item.

It is your responsibility to review your order and confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Your order is specifically made for you, and therefore Victory Artistries cannot accept returns or refunds of personalized products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by Victory Artistries. For instance, Victory Artistries cannot refund personalized product if the quality issue is due to:

  • Typographical errors, misspelled words or name, incorrect grammar, unfinished text, or other material provided by the user.
  • Design or creative choices. Please be sure you are satisfied with the metal combinations and/or color combinations and overall look of your piece after you’ve seen you’re sketch or design proof.

Return Policy for Non-Custom or Non-Personalized Items
If you are dissatisfied with non-personalized or non-custom items you purchased through Victory Artistries, please contact Steve at steve@victoryartistries within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept the return of any non-personalized or non-custom products that are in their original, new, and unused condition. Any items past the 30 days of receiving you order are eligible for an in-store credit only. Steve will guide you through the appropriate steps to replace the product, or to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price or to receive an in-store credit.

If your return is due to defective or damaged merchandise, we will reimburse you the return shipping costs. If your return is not due to a quality issue, we cannot reimburse you the return shipping costs.
